I have problem report with irregular menses and at the time of menses heavy flow and pain in abdomen

Itching in Private parts from 1 week used v wash ...but problem is not completely solved please guide

My TSH level on Feb 2018 was 5.26 So Thyronorm 50 mg was started. That didnt suit me. I was feeling giddiness. So doc changed the dose to 25 mg. In April 2018 TSH was 2.56 ... So i stopped taking that medicine. In June 2018 TSH was 4.10 and hence they told to continue the 50 mg medicine. Now in October 2018 TSH is 0.02 ... T4 is high appx 22 ... Kindly advise.

Multiple pieces of tissue, measuring 3*2, blood clots . Microscopy: sections reveal endocervical tissue with hemorrhage and few decidual cells . there are foci of endometrial gland that showing prolifeerative features. No Chorionic vill seen in all

I feel the urge to pee again and again. There's not much that comes out though. It sometimes happens in the middle of the night and I have to wake up. It's been happening for the past 5 days now. I want to delay my period for my vacation which starts on 18th. my due date was 14th and I hadn't received my period by 15th so I took a primelout n tablet on 15th night to further delay it. Will it work ? And how much dosage should I take. Currently taking 1 tablet per night.
