Left Ovarian Cyst
How danger it is to have an left ovarian cyst measures 51x36x43mm. Will it go on its own (or) with some medication required (or) a laproscopic surgery needed to get rid of the same? Need an opinion on this. Thanks in Advance.

It has not been mentioned about the type of cyst .... If it is simple , hemmorhagic or complicated. The treatment differs . Get a repeat scan from somewhere else to figure out which type of cyst is it. Get a ca125 blood report done to rule out any cancerous changes.
