Hello, i m diagonised wit endometriosis last week..i m planning to conceive...i hav two cysts of 2cm n 3cm in left ovary and one cyst of 2cm in right ovary.. Gynacologist is suggesting laproscopy surgery for the treatment of endometriosis.. Is there any medicines or injections to treat my endometriosis, so that i conceive? Or laproscopy surgery is only the option for cyst removal
