Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi I had abortion due to cervix dilation at 4th month Last year may.When i was in pregnency i travelled long distance i thought because of this i had an abortion. Now again am pregnt my doctor told me to put cervix stitch . On what basis they will put stitch? They will measure cervix length and if cervix length is shortned they will put stich or they will put stitch with out checking cervix length?

Hello doctor since today morning im feeling nauseous but not vomiting. also some gas kind of thing is happening. i did beta hcg on thurday is was negative less than 1.2. i don't know why is this happening. Also i did beta hcg on the right time, my periods are overdue. why is it happening
