Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi I had my last period on 11 sep 18. I did pregenancy test on 20th oct 18 it came negative. I consulted doctor she did scan. She didn't tell anything about my pregenancy. After some days I felt vomiting sensation. Again i did pregenancy test on 11 nov 18 it came postive. My doubt is why pregenancy is not identified by scanning? Please clarify

If i take meprate once in a day after my meal to delay my period for 5 dayts..is it cause any harm to my health or menstruation cycle

I took unwanted 72 in the evening and next morning I took restro named medicine to postpone the periods and after I left the medicine I am yet not done with the periods.

Should i take meprate tab  before eating food or after eating food? And can i get it easily from medical store without any prescription??

It's been 7days I left. I took on 5th Nov morning and after that I haven't consumed the medicine. And I m feeling very uneasy in the stomach.

This month i m going through follicular examination .on day 6 my et shows 4.4 mm rof 9.6,×8.5 n lof is 11.0,×9.0 .but on 9th day et shows 6.1 rof 8.3 and lof 8.6. dr said dis is prematured egg.i want is dere is a chance of conception .
