Pregnancy and Infertility

My wife is 34 and we already have one kid.  who is 5 year old.  now trying for second.  but before trying we went to doctor to consult. They found secondary infertility.  and given my wife medicine for five days on 3rd day of her period.  8th day hsg injection.  but she got period in that month.  on second month doctor asked to check Fallopian tubes. test was normal.  so she has given novalin pill. and asked to let second month go n try from third month.  now my question is why she asked us to wait for a month.

My periods are running for 15 days from past two months. What the issue I m not able to find out.plz help with it

Did course for 3 months regularly but now after leaving the pills course for 3 months the periods are irregular, i feel breast tenderness , cramps in abdominal i did test after 1 week of miss period it came negative

Is it safe to take any. Med to get early periods if their is any emergency.. If yes den which med is best?

I m going to take an ipill? So what can be the side effects of it ? Is there any serious side effect ? Please suggest.

Hii I am having mild thyroid and v mild PCOS. I am trying to conceive . I have been given medicines - thyroid and normoz and follic acid and also asked to try for conceiving by doctor. I have got my period today. Is it ok to take all these medicines even when I am having periods ? Or I can stop meds for 5 days and then consume again?

I have a cist of 25 cm..which doesn't has any visible symptoms like pain or anything but I am going through a heavy hair fall since 1.5 yrs and also a disturbance in my periods. So when recently I consulted one senior gyno..he suggested for the sonography then again the same results came out the cist was still of 8 cm...so after the checkup doctor said that your body is producing male hormones that's why u are going through the heavy hair fall and the consequences like skin dullness and some excessive growth of hairs on the body..so I just need the guidance that what I should do n which doctor I should consult and how can I confirm that whether I am having PCOS or not as I am so much worried for my hair fall issues..I have lost almost half of my hair in the past 1.5 yrs...please help me out.
