I have irregular periods I get my periods once in three months Wat shud i do to regulate it? Is any medicines available to it?

I know cramps are natural but i go through a lot of pain in back,thighs,stomach,head during menstruation which is unbearable and end up taking meftal spas every time

Which are the medicine for early period or getting period?? Actually my fiancee is having irregularities in period, generally she take 30days time, but for few months she is having period on 40-45 days. Please suggest some medicine to get it earlier

I have FSH LH imbalance and my doctor has prescribed me Duoluton-L but I am experiencing lots of issues due to it. Headache, breathing problem etc. I want to understand if there are any more side effects to it? How long will the medication continue? Is there any homeopathic/ ayurvedic treatment to it?

Is there any test to check that I have hormone imbalance? Can this be treated by diet only? I don't want to go for medicine (contraceptives).

I'm a working lady for 6-7 hours in 5 days of week.I have completed 3 years of my marriage in Jan. From june 2016 I was having problems of delay menstrual cycle, than I consult to a homeopathic treatment for 4-5 months..than I started treatment from gynecologist from last Jan. By the treatment my cycle in coming on time ( sometimes 1 or 2 day delay) but failed to conceive. I'm still taking treatment from a gynae but conceive problem is still have. My HSG test was normal, hubby's report is also normal..please doctor guide me in right way. Tell me what else option is there? Should I need to change my gynecologist??

I have been given meprate 10 for frequent heavy bleeding...started meprate on 10th aug the 5th day of my period ...was suppose to take 20 tablets and stop ..but after taking 11 tablets I have got my periods. So my question is should i continue with the rest?
