My doctr prescribed regestrone for irregular periods. Its been 8 days after withdrawal of tablet i havent got my periods.. what to do?

Had light bleeding twice during 10th-12th week due to low lying placenta reaching cervix. Was advised bed rest with weekly dosage of proluton depot 500mg inj along with other medicines. Have been on rest for 7 weeks since then. Now at 20 weeks anamoly scan, placenta is still low 1.5 cm from internal os. Medication is being continued. I am also facing  round ligament pain (pelvic and inner thigh muscles) at the time of getting up from a position. I wanted to know if it is safe to travel for office by cab. Distance 12-15km one way.

I had 2 tablets of mifepristone yesterday ,how much time it will take to react,its almost 40 days before happened

Recently we took a scan for a frnd and the results were given as "Hyperechoic lesion in posterior myometrium. Suggestive of fibroid with fatty degeneration. Bulky cervix with increased vascularity and specs of calcification." - what does this mean ? Is it something serious ? In any means cancer early stages ? Pls suggest steps to proceed further. Also guide with some tips to recover soon.

Having late periods. And it's not happening normally (coming just as drops).It's happening only for 2 days. Having back pain and chest pain too. Also having hair fall and dull skin.

Can HIV test ( HIV Duo 4th Generation ) results be affected if Girl is going through a 4 week abortion ? Or are they conclusive?

Very painful periods every month. Is there any easy procedure to rescue from this pain and removal of fibroids
