I have recently diagnosed with a small para ovarian cyst (23mm×18mm) in left adnexa. since few months ago I was feeling a mild pain in left quadrant of lower abdomen..is para ovarian cyst go away naturally??what to do now.please help me

Hello mam, my expected date of my periods was 15 dec but still it not happened. Before that i was getting my periods exact on 15 or there used to be 2-3 days gap. 4-5 months back my weight got increased as i was not on any typ of physical activity n bcz of the junk food then suddenly i got acne prob for which i took homeopathy medicines n now it is cured to some extent. Till nov i m getting my periods normally. i stated having the homeopathy medicine in d nov end and now it's been 5 days from 15 dec i have not got my periods. please tel me the reason behind it and solution

I got my periods before 10 days of last cycle and first two days I didn't blood well but from 3rd day m continuously blooding with stomach and back pain since today and its my 7th day.

My doctor has prescribed me krimson 35 for 6 months. I got my periods after conpleting dirst course but the flow is not there, everytime i had a proper periods but after this medicine tody is my second day and there is no flow only. Please advice
