I am 27 year old female on AKT 4 due to the fallopion tubercles having stomach heaviness stomach pain , feeling not appetite,buring sensation since 3to4days  .am taking pantaprzole but relived

Need advice to stop breastfeeding my 1.8 yr old baby as i need to undergo a refractive surgery. Altough the no of feeds have dropped but she is not willing to wean off completely.

Pregnency checkup goung on just did the ultra sound & blood test so what to do next step for better treatment

I mostly have 26-28days menstrual cycle. My last period was on 24th Nov. I had to visit temple tomorrow, so took Premount N today , so I can extend my cycle for 1-2days. But when I took the medicine, I didn't noticed that my periods had already started and with initial normal spot bleeding. I have taken only one dose, that too unaware that my periods has already started. i am not continuing it. Will I face any problem due to this? I am okay If it has started , anyway I won't visit tomorrow. Does taking premount N during periods causes any issues ?

Hello!! I had missed abortion and Doctor had done D&C small surgery on 10th December 2018. On 11th December 2018, I had discharged. On that paper - it is written 2weeks rest, normal diet, some medicine etc. As per doctor prescribed- I had small to medium quantity bleeding with small cramps during 8 days after D&C. One day i was feeling too much  cramping then doctor advised me to take Drotin - M --> 3days & Every day 2 tablets after meal .  Now 10 days is over. There is no bleeding. But problem is ---> I  am feeling asmall cramping from vulva, lower abdominal, lower back. But the pain isn't staying during a long time. It is staying 1minute. After that i am feeling okay. My question is - > Why this cramping is feeling after stopped bleeding. Anything wrong.

I hv 3 follicles in my right ovary measuring 17mm,18mm & 24mm and a single dominant follicle of 22mm in left ovary as on day 12. Are  these follicles (24 & 22) continue to grow or is it a max limit? Now will all these rupture to produce eggs? Should I try(ttc) with this no. ? Coz it may lead to risk of triplets or quadralets.

My doctor has prescribed me yamini pills for microcyst related problems. Whether prolonged use of such pills can cause side effects or any long term damage?

I have been advised to have Letrozole 10mg for 5days from first day of my period..on my first day i had the tablets and ate food which let to vomiting..So i took Letrozole one day extra?will this affect my follicle growth in any way?
