Pregnancy and Infertility

I have this severe pain in right side pubic area and right side back pain. What will be the reason. I also do have enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in right iliac fossa.

My periods due on 23rd dec but yesterday for around 10 to 15 min i have heavy blood flow and after that not even spotting happen.. what should i do now is it normal ?

I had urine test and urine culture for bacteria. Both of them was clear. Does this rule out std's that causes due to bacteria?

Today is my 14 th day after iui today I bleeding like period is it good sign for praganancy ??? Plz reply

History of pcos ( excessive facial hair and irregular periods ) since 17 years age,laproscopy done for ovarian dermoid 3 months ago,in the last 2 yrs did not get periods naturally, everytime it was with pills/contraceptives but every month I got severe cramps, backaches  and mood swings. Even after the dermoid removal no natural periods. Any chances of cure and getting periods naturally?

Hi, I have taken letrozole 2.5mg from 5th day of my period as prescribed by the doctor .. took 10th day twice a day. Today is 11th day having spotting like dark stretchy brown discharge along with white discharge. There is no itchy or cramping at all. Am also taking obimet 2tyms a day for pcos. What's happening ..? I have never had such spotting between cycle.

I have irregular periods because of pcod... Its already 2 months after my last period I took device 10mg for 5 days and I missed one dose but I took totally 10 tablets...
