I am a virgin and did my fingering during my period and at that time there was no bleeding and usually on my third day there is no bleeding but there is sudden and continuous bleeding what should I do

An early teenager who has very sensitive and anxious temperament has always been chronically constipated but the degree of constipation has severely increased since onset of menstruation. After ovulation till her period starts nothing works strong laxative, high fiber, 10-12 glasses of water. Absolutely no stool situation lingers for days. Is increase in progesterone the culprit for it? Or something else? What is to be done? Menstruation is normal for 3 days and regular for 25-32 days cycle.
