Frequent urination,periods twice tjis month,known case of pcod..had birth control pill twice this month..what could ne the reason.

For my mother who is 70, in USG a thin walled 2.4cm Unilocular cyst discovered. GP said nothing to worry untill it goes beyond 7cm. Also CA125 result is perfect. Though doc did not mention any diet change. But heard that in Ayurveda or homepathy one should not consume milk, yogart or milk related products. Is this true? Can she take yogart which is made from double toned Amul/mothersdairy milk at home? Any other food restrictions there? Pls guide. My mom's is Diabetic also.

Hello Doctor, Last month I didn't got periods, but this month it's heavily bleeding since last friday this is the situation, can you please suggest me is this an normal condition? Kindly suggest do I need to consult a Doctor.

I have been experiencing black bleeding since my last cycle. First time it started before my last cycle on 29th December and my cycle started on 1st Jan. But today again I have black bleeding and I have also been experiencing pain in my lower abdomen.

My period has been delayed by almost 55 days. My urine test says negative (checked twice). Can you please let me know if there's any medicine that can cause periods asap.

After a couple of rounds of unsuccessful iui, our doctor suggested we go a little aggressive this cycle. I already had underwent a hysteroscopy and polypectomy in September n everything else looked normal. One concern that surfaced was my endometrium thickness which hardly reached 7/7.5 by ovulation. This cycle I was taking progynova and 6 Newmon R 150 injection. My doctor then asked me to get a endometrium doppler done on day 9. Blood flow was just reaching zone 2, nothing in zone 3&4. She advised me to take lonopin injection 40 mg everyday. After two days I was to re do an endometrium Doppler and blood flow improved to zone 4. Then I had my iui and am taking Duphaston, progynova n the lonopin injection. My question how does the lonopin injection helps in implantation and how long would I require to take this? I have no history of miscarriage.

I have not have had my periods since 2 months. The last date was 6th November 2018, but since 2 months, i am not on my periods. Please help me out. In the past too, my periods have been irregular.

I had a urinary tract infection a few days ago, tests are still going on to confirm if I have Cystitis. Meanwhile, my ultrasound scan report says that "Left ovary shows echogenic stroma and multiple small peripheral follicles" And the impression of the radiologist is "Normal sized left ovary with few polycystic features". This seems to be an accidental finding, can anyone elaborate on this please.
