My sister is getting bleeding problem from 20 days her endometrium measures 3-4 mm doctors are giving the tablets and injection but its not stopping pleas suggest me what is endometrium measures 3-4 mm

My concern is ::Can dinosis 2mg manufactured by "Jay Ell Healthcare Pvt ltd" be taken instead of Endosis 2mg? Both have same composition Dienogest 2mg. As Dinosis is relatively less costly and I need to take Dienogest composition for long time.. pls tell me if Dinosis is safe and as effective  like Endosis as its manufactured by different company. Pls share if you have prescribed dinosis 2mg for any endometriosis patients? Do reply at the earliest.

Hi, I have a baby boy of 2 and half months. I think I'm not having enough milk. Can I use shatavari kalpa powder to increase milk . Please suggest if there are any other options and how would I know if my baby is having enough milk or not.? Is shatavari kalpa good to use?
