Washing hair on 1st or 2nd day of period
I have been reading and listening this for many years that washing hair on 1st or 2nd day of the periods is not good for your health or it decrease the bleeding. Is it a fact or a myth

No scientific or medical reason to this ,in olden times washing head used to done at the time when periods ended just for total hygiene and cleaning,as I believe girls were not allowed to bathe during days of periods.
