Severe Pain on 1st and 2nd day of Period
Hi,
I have severe and unbearable pain during 1st and 2nd day of period. It just doesnt let me do daily chores. I am restless. Severe back pain. Hard to sit and sleep as well. Severe pain in the lower part. I feel so much of pain that one who looks at me think I am ill. I cant hide it as well. What to do...is it normal?

Hot fomentation with the hot water bag and Tab meftalspas. For 2-3 days during pain

Please do usg pelvis to rule out any pathology,can take tablet meftal spas three tablets in a day for three days
