Pregnancy and Infertility

I got my USG done. My report says normal sized both ovaries containing multiple small peripheral follicles in both ovaries. Right Ovary- 33*18*17 mm Vol-5cc. Left Ovary 34*16*14mm Vol-4cc. I m worried now. My dr. has put me on a medication course for 6months. Will that be cured? What will happen?

Rubella IgG is 203 Cytomegalovirus IgG is 71.80 Herpes simplex virus 1+2, IgG is 6.60 Herpes simplexvirus 1+2, IgM is 1.35 Are these very serious issues for me? I am very worried. Please help me out with suggestions. We were planning to concieve now.

I started taking ginette 35 on 1 February. That was the first day of my periods. It is the first time i am taking ocp. On 4 February my periods stopped but on 8 February i started spotting and it has been 5 days i m spotting. Just one or 2 spots the whole day. I am not on any other medications and i am taking them regularly at the same time. I am scared so as to why it is happening. Is the pill not working for me?

I have itching in my virginal area and white discharge and redness as well. I am not allergic to any medicine. It is not present in any other body area. It itches a lot from past 2-3weeks. I consume alcohol during weekends. No blood tests done recently. I am not on any medication at present.
