I missed my period last month.i consulted with the doctor she suggested me  i deviry 10mg for 5 days and advice me to do usg Only in 3rd day of taking medicine get spotting not much just a drop but after completing 5 days of course I didn't even get a period it is already 6 days . Shall I do usg and consult with the doctor or I will wait for few more days .

Hi! I have now for maybe 3 days or more been having dull pain in the right side of my lower abdomen, maybe around the right ovary. I can feel the pain all the way down to the upper part of my inner right thigh. I am on birth control pills on the last week and on Wednesday I will start having the week without pilla to get my period,that I should get on the weekend. And then I start taking the pills again next weeks Wednesday. What could this be? Have not experienced it before. The pain is not that bad that I have to take anything for the pain, but I feel it a bit all the time.

Pelvic ultra sound shows their is growth can it be a fibroid?and if it is when it is removed would i see periods?
