I am on my second cycle of hydrotubation on day 6 and followed by folliculometry...i have been operated for pcod in january this year. Ideally on which day does the egg rupture?? n what effect does taking an hcg injection have? i am currently on duphaston 10 mg since day 14 of my cycle..n i have been having evacure for the past two months..please help

In ultrasound the cyst was detected and afterwards i have done CA 125 test which is 47.20 U/ml and other test INHIBIN B, SERUM, and CA19.9 nad LDH and B HCG are normal and cyst size 59*47 mm . please suggest what i have to do further

I am undergoing follicular study and on 17th day my follicle size was 23.5mm n I took HCG 5000 ing after it. On 19th day the follicle was not ruptured and size on 19th day was 30mm. I was diagnosed with Pcod some years back but now my periods are regular having 30days cycle, no acne and weight is under control. I don't understand why the follicles are not ruptured.. bit worried.

I'm getting periods for every 2 to 3months, I consulted a gynecologist and she did some thyroid test but I don't have any thyroid so she gave me tablets to get periods and asked me to come on 5th day of my periods, when I went 2nd time she didn't check anything but directly suggested to take Yasmin tablets for 3months. But my friends who suffered from pcos problem said not to use the tablets without any scanning and confirmation so I stopped using the tablets after 1month. I got regular periods for 2months and now I'm again suffering with same problem, it's been 2months now I didn't get periods. Can anyone suggest me what to do?

I had a medical abortion at 6 weeks. Now the bleeding stopped bt pain continued. I went for USG and found that there were blood clots in uterus. I was given Methergene to remove it. Will there be again bleeding to remove the blood clot after taking methergene?

I had a medical abortion 18 days ago. After 13 days of bleeding, it stopped but the pain was persistent. I had a TAS today and found that I had Blood Clots in Endometrium Cavity and Left Ovarian Cyst less than 20mm * 20 mm with P.I.D. I went for to an Gynac and she said there might be an infection too. She gave me the following medications: 1. ZONY 250 (Azithromycin) 2 times a day for 7 days 2. Naproxen + Paracitmol combined tablet 2 times a day for 3 days and then when req. 3. Methergine 2 times a day for 3 days 4. Olens Felens-XT Suspension (Iron Syrup) 2 times a day for 30 days 5. Basocal 2 times a day for 30 days 6. Cellaoxy Powder (Protein) 2 times a day for 30 days I want to know that are last 3 medicines necessary as they are just supplements and no way related to abortion.
