Attached is mine 14th day ultrasound report. Please explain what comes in this report. Doctor saying egg is ruptured.

I had a medical abortion at 6 weeks. Now after few days there were blood clots found in USG. I wasn't having bleeding then, but had pain and mild headache. The doctor gave me Azithromycin, Metergine and Nimesulide + Paracetamol tablets all 2 times a day. I have taken these meds 2 dosage but there hasn't been any bleeding and the painkillers aren't decreasing the pain. Even the headaches increase, there is weakness and stomach pain remains same or increases a bit Is it normal after taking these medications?

What does cyst with septation means It was 2.8 last year Will it has increased in size ? Its an year now The report is an year old Shall my mother undergo usg again ?

I was given Methergine for removing clots and Azithromycin for possible infection and nimesulide + paracetamol tablet for pain killers The doctor gave methergine for 3 days, 2 times a day. I have taken the medicine two times but still there is no sign of bleeding. Also the pain remains same or sometimes increases even i take the painkillers. Is it important to bleed to remove clots as i had no bleeding till now or can it go by itself without bleeding?
