Beta hcg blood test is negative it's done after 2days of missed period means? But the periods are not coming yet

Beta hcg blood test is done after missed period of 3 days the result will having how much accuracy?if the test is negative  then delayed period means?

Hi, My lmp mar 25, I have taken bhcg on 31st day it was 103.4 and on 5th week it was 2264. I went for first scan on 6weeks 5days. There was a good growth but no heart beat. CRL measures 0.54cms.. Again I went for scan on 7weeks 5days for fetal cardiac activity. The growth is same measures b4 week gestational sac 0.74.. no heartbeat... What it mean...? Is this ll lead to miscarriage...? Am taking strone 200 daily night.. and folic dha and ferres xt. Is there any chance for further growth or miscarriage...? Thanks in advance.

Hello sir/maam I am suffering from fever after every 2-3 day from last 6-7 months. In Fever palm & foot use to heat like after taking iPill. I have taken full body check up like cbc, urine, thyroid etc. but everything was okay. I have taken iPill 6-7 months back from when I was suffering from fever, So, I was thinking it may be because of harmonal disbalance because everything is okay in tests. What do you say? Is it harmonal disbalance or something else? If its harmonal disbalance, then what tests should be done?
