Suffering for lower abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hi doctor am suffering from lower abdominal.pain since morning. My periods have completed 10 days before. I took meftal spas in morning and afternoon am fine. Am again getting this pain also getting some gas release. Can I take cyclopam now
