I have taken HCG 5000 iu Injection on 15/05/2019. And I took beta hcg today and came out as 217mIU/ml. Please let me know if this beta hcg value is from the injection which I have taken

Hi Doctor, I am trying to conceive from last 1.5 years and have gone through follicular monitoring this month. Attached is prescription I am taking. I am also taking Duphaston 2*10 and hcg injection also. Today is 17th day of my period cycle. I am suffering from fever, cold and cough and had paracetamol 3 times but still fever is coming again n again. What may be the reason? Can I keep taking paracetamol?
