Uterus is anteverted enlarged in size measures 8.2*4.3*5.9 cm Myometrial echotexture is normal 1.6*1.1 cm posterior wall intramural fibroid with calcification in the wall away from endometrial cavity. Endometrial thickness is 5.4mm Rest is normal Please help. I have high levels of prolactin that is why got this ultrasound done as suggested by someone and got this report.

Can you please tell if is possible to conceive naturally with Amh 1.2. Or Ivf is the last option for this issue

Hi m suffering from pcod and doctor has suggested iui but I was put on regestrone for 25 days and now I got periods but flow is less can iui be performed in this cycle
