Periods after c section

Having Uterine fibroid and using jeera
Hi, I am 29 year old, married, no child, I have uterine fibroids and irregular periods, I am suffering from hyper acidity also so wants to use jeera, saunf and coriander seeds in my food, is it ok to consume these seeds in my diet? since they contain estrogen!? How much can I consume per day? Does it affect my fibroids in bad way?
