  4. Pcod issue. With these medications only?

Hello, I did ultrasound and below is my ovary size.. Right Ovary size - 3.5x2.2x2.4 cms 10.2cc Left Ovary size - 3.2x2.9x2.8 cms 14.2cc Is this severe pcod and how long it will take to reduce.. I am planning to conceive and is on metformin, fol-xt and mychiro tablets and placentrex injection..should I continue with these medications only?
