Pain in right breast
M a first time mother and my baby is 1 month old today . I am having this pain on the right side of my right breast . It's painful to touch too and it's becoming hard for me to move my arm too .What is this ?

It might be breast congestion ( due to stagnant milk) or a breast abscess.Need to be examined by your gyne to differentiate and further management.
