Pregnancy and Infertility

I peed unintentionally. I was trying to control it but just couldn't. It has happened for the first time. Though some unintentional peeing has happened when I am exercising or something but that is like just a few drops but this time it was a full blown pee. Is there some problem. Please help.

We have been trying to work out a best way for contraception and have been to 2 gynacs. We got pills prescribed by both and are now trying to figure which one will have minimum side effects. Can someone clarify if Novelone (prescribed by both) or Loette (reputed brand pfizer) is better? We also got Yasmin, Dronis 20 prescribed which cost double of Novelon. Can someone shed some light on what's the difference and why some pills cost double of others? Are they any better? Do they have lesser side effects?
