I have regular periods at an interval of 25-26 days but when ultrasonography was done, doctor told me that ovulation failed. Report says i have to cyst or Endometriosis. So how is it that i am not ovulating?

Hello, I have been diagnosed with a cyst on left ovary, it measured 1cm x 1cm on 1st June 2019 and I was advised to get a repeat scan after 3 months, now in the scan ( ultrasound whole abdomen) done today, the cyst have grown to 3.5cm x 3.5cm, also, I am having persistent low grade fever from past 30 days, fever comes during day, upto 99.5° and goes normal at night. Urine routine shows 5-8 puss cells and urine culture is normal, CRP is negative, CBC shows low Hb of 9, ESR is 27. I do not have any pain or itching, and periods are also regular. My question is if the cyst can be a cause of fever and what further diagnosis and treatment should be done? Thanks is advance

I had csection on April 6th. Bleeding was there about 2 months. Baby on formula milk as breastmilk per day is 20ml. I got my period on September 30. First day very light flow was there. Yesterday and today bleeding is slightly heavy. Soaking pad in 4 to 5 hrs. Is it normal?

How long tab thyronorm has to be continued in this situation...will I have to take thyronorm lyf long...r there any side effects to continue this medication lyf long...ny complications?

Hello Doctors, I have mild pcod with regular cycles ranging from 30-35 days. Dr. Advised HSG prior to any further treatment. HSG report says: Uterus outlined normally. Both Tubes outlined normally ( peritoneal Spill positive) Bilateral tubal patency positive. She said everything is fine Now I'm in a different city due to transfer and the new gynaec is insisting for laproscopy to check uterus and tubes before any further treatment. She's also saying that I won't be able to conceive naturally as I'm 31 and have mild pcod. My hormones are in range too but cycles are between 30-35. I don't feel the need of Laproscopy as I haven't even tried for 6 months regularly for a baby and I already had HSG done.( Report attached) Please suggest something.
