I am trying conceive for past 2 years .
I have taken HSG and SSG test, both tests were normal tubes are clear. I tried IUI twice but it failed ..Now my dctr is suggesting for double iui is it beneficial? Or it is better to go for ivf.

Double IUI theoretically doesn't increase the chance however studies shows it has no difference in outcome hence you can try double IUI. If it fails then go for IVF

Please remember the success rate of one cycle of IUI is only 10-15%. Therefore, if you cannot conceive after IUI, you can try further 1-2 cycles of IUI before going for IVF.
Both procedure is different. If everything is normal and you are having unexplained infertility then you should try double iui. It has better success ratio then single iui. IVF is last option.
