Pregnancy and Infertility

I am 37 year old unmarried girl. I m not getting regular Periods from past 1.06 months. Now the last period was in sep 19 that too just a few drops. My thryoid is normal in range. No pcod pcos, ultrasound is Normal. Nothing decacted. Only my overies are little small then a normal size and i m gaining weight too.. Past five month i have gained five kgs. I have taken Regestrone medicine in 2018 then my period came  properly. Can i take it again? Earlier my period was regular but it cone obky for two days since it started.

Placenta is low and placenta Praevia also observed in 5 th month. No improvement seen. How safe it is for travelling via train. And what prevention can be taken during traveling.

I am 21 years old nd i am having a size of 32D of my breast which is quite heavy for me ...My current weight is 52.5 kg with 5'4" height...so i am just asking That is it Possible to reduce breast size without getting surgery?if any natural method...which really works?

I'm on ovulation induction first cycle...Dr give me latrozol 2.5 twice day...But sonography report says that no growth of follicles..Why that tablets not working for me...This is very serious condition??

Hello, I was going through follicular monitoring on day 15 hcg was qiven .and on 17 again I went through the scan n the egg was released ...but after this from yesterday I'm going through a extremely white milky discharge from today I have started taking endogest 200 .please help me what should I do...

Ultrasound finding on 9th day of cycle, report shows  33*18 mm functional cyst in left ovary and ET is 6mm, uterus is retroflexed. Is there any problem with this report?

I have been facing two period in a month at a gap of 15 -16 days and I am working women with hypothyroidism for 10 yrs on medication of 100 mg aged 39 yrs. I had faced this issue same time last year and found thickening endometrial lining which without D&C and 3 month medicine course of cycloreg plus dupaston had got cured but now again since December I am facing this issue ... in December I got my period on 2nd Dec and then again on 16th dec and both times period flow was normal then I got my period this month on 5th January and now again on 16thJan .. I got my heamoglonin checked last month and it was 12 .. pls advise as can this be common if I am approaching my perimenopause and yes I am overweight my current weight is approx 86 kgs and I am trying to reduce it with diet

Took ipill on 25th day of my cycle. After 5 days i had spotting, brownish in colour,very  light flow for 3 days with pain. Is this a side effect? UPT was negetive which was taken on 28th day
