IUI and tubal blockage
I have right tube blockage at the tip. Do i need to get it opened if i choose for iui. And after laprosco of the tube, can i go for iui immediately or do i need to wait

you need to do first laparoscopy and see whether the tubes are patent if not double opening a procedures can be done if it is still not open then there is no requirement for you to go for a you you have to switch over to IVF if it works and if the tubes are patent then you can try as soon as possible in the next cycle of the laparoscopy

Hi! Your one tube is blocked but the other one is open i guess ,if you are planning for IUI then then we need to see if the dominant follicle which is suppose to release egg is present on left ovary as chances of getting pregnant is very low if it is on right. You can opt for Laparoscopy but again chances of tubal opening varies and failure is high
