Hi! I am someone who is self devoted towards my fitness and health. I have been exercising since more than 7 years now and it's been consistent since then (mostly 3-4 times a week). The routine I follow is of strength training and involves a lot of stretching in it. I discovered the routine myself online and have been following it with minor variations since then. I have had problems of blood spotting along with discharge post my workout routine. It's not only on the same day that I face this issue, but is of a continued nature. Sometimes I get the discharge with blood for the next 3-4 days as well even if I don't exercise. I would like to understand whether this is normal for people who undertake rigorous workouts or there is something to worry about? I don't face any kind of pain or anything . My period cycle is very regular. I eat and sleep in time. Drink ample of water. Please advice. thanks.

Hello.. i am a mother of 2 months old baby.. i have got hard lump in my right breast.. the doctor did pus culture test and gave me antibiotics accordingly.. she said if it doesn't subside with medicines will have to remove it by a small cut.. please suggest ways by which i can avoid the surgery.. can i do hot compress on the affected area? will it help..??

Before it was fine but now my periods are getting irregular like I got periods on October of 2019 skipped on the month of November, December I got my period, this year January I skipped and on February I got my periods.
