Unable to conceive
As i am having irregular periods. I m not sure about my most ovulation days how i conceive. Please advise.

Yr history is incomplete..pls provid details of yr last 3 cycle period...from that we can count ovulatory period.

Hello There, Irregular periods is sign of PCOS or Hormonal imbalance. And also major cause of Infertility. Please share details of last three menses.

Health Tips
Stick to healthy food habits and lifestyle. Cut off 50 % Carbohydrates ( Chapati,  Rice,  Bhakti) in all three meals. Breakfast - 7-7.30 Lunch:- 12.30. Dinner :- 7-7.3. Sleep time 10pm - 6am Avoid  late night working  & day time sleeping.

U need to consult a infertility specialist in the area U live.... Coz a detailed history and examination and then the investigations r essential ...only then a treatment is planned.

If you have irregular periods, it is likely that you are not having ovulation. Moreover, sex 2-3 times a week is sufficient for pregnancy and there is no need to focus on ovulation time. Therefore, you need some tests to see if you have ovulation and if not, we need to find out the cause.
