Excercise during 2 week wait
Hello, is it safe to do walking excercise at home ,  knee lift bicycle crunch or knee push up DURING THE TWO WEEKS WAIT after your IVF or IUI is done? (Or even if you're trying to conceive naturally? can you excercise during that 2 week wait before a test or next period )

No please don’t start any new exercises during pregnancy especially in IVF cycles.consult your gynecologist or IVF specialist

Exercise (light exercise) does NOT increase failure or miscarriage rate. But many women avoid it because of fear. If you are doing it and feel comfortable I will advise to continue. No need of absolute bed rest.

No it’s not safe to do any straining exercises, lifts or crunch after any infertility treatment procedure. You can only do light walk.
