It's 5 month after delivery noticing bleeding only after excercise. Two days back did cycling and noticing bleeding do I need to stop excercise or visit doc ?

It's purely coincidental

Yes stop cycling. Any bleeding or spotting in pregnancy is not good. Get an ultrasound done. Connect please
