Period delay due to excercise
I started a weightloss plan before 15 days as part of which I am doing workouts daily while maintaining a calorie deficit diet. My periods have always been regular until now but now they are 2 days delayed. Is my excercise routine impacting my periods and should I need to be worried about it?
