Is there any medication for ovaulution which could help me in pcos? Apart from HCG trigger, Do we have any medicines? Whats your opinion regarding Clomid?

From last few months I period is irregular, from starting months it was quite normal, but from last few months cycle is for almost month, this duration I got flow for 2- 3 days but remaining days flow is quite lighter but it's there always. Last year I got diagnosed with animia and cyst too. Kindly suggest me, it's getting worse.

Myself 26yr old since 2months first day of my menses iam getting sudden and severe sharp shooting pelvic pain and left side chest pain left side back pain left hand radiating pain After a while the left hand is becoming numb my blood pressure drops to around 90/60bps giddiness develops not getting in my sense for almost 1hr and with pelvic pain iam suffering a lot for about 3hrs this is my issue iam suffering a lot if i takes pain killer medicine bleeding is occuring for 1day that it let me know what could be the reason at one point i feel like i would survive or not

I got shifted to noida on 12 th of jan at that month i got my period on 17 jan and in 2nd month i got my periods after 10 days and this time its one day late in this month this my first job last time i understand that everything is new to me but i dont understand what is this time i have to come back to my home town because if this suitation but still now i am worried about my period
