Go ahead with Double marker and NIPT and take an opinion.

It does NOT always mean Down syndrome. the reason for high NT are Down syndrome, other chormosomal anomaly, heart disease in the baby etc. Do not take decision based on NT scan. The final decision depends on blood results (Double markers or combined test). The only way to confirm the cause is CVS at this stage. please do CVS by fetal medicine expert to see whether the cells of the baby contains any chromosomal problems or not.
