Heat Rash under Breast

Can I conceive with ET as 8.3mm?
My last period was on 23rd Feb and I had my ovulation induction in this cycle. On 14th day I had done follicular scan where out of 4 follicles 2 were ruptured snd my endometrial thickness was 8.5mm. Can I conceive with this size of ET?? Please suggest.

Thyroid problem
I using thyroid tablet daily 50mg for more than 1 year. Last week I took blood test and the result is ft3 is 1.2 , ft4 is 7.0 and tsh is 2.5.. now should is continue the same dose or reduce the dose. For 2 days my tounge and throat very dry. Even if i drink water also my tounge is very dry. Why?
