Krimson for 3 years
I've been taking Krimson for 3 years. I've read a lot of doctor's thoughts and they said that you need to take birth control for 2 years and then give a gap of 6 months or so in between. I didn't leave a gap but should I take it now? Please let me know how I can stop taking Krimson.
And what medication should I take in the gap?

Ovary size
My ovary size in 2017 was 4.1 x 3 x 2.5 for right ovary and left ovary 3.5 x 2.4 x 2.4.
I've been taking krimson 35 since then. When can I stop?

I have pcod, taking Krimson for past 3 years.
4.1 x 3 x 2.5 right ovary (15.8 cc volume) and left ovary 3.5 x 2.4 x 2.3 (volume 10.2 cc)
Should I stop Krimson? Anything that I can do to fix this.
