Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi Doctor.. I am 25 kg overweight and got to know about a weight loose program in cultfit. My friend had issues like pcos,once she join she lost some 15 kgs..and now she is healthy.I am under medication like Metital , Quofolin and Thyroxine. Want to know if the supplement will be good for me along with medication to cure pcos and to conceive naturally. Please state the reason for yes or no in a description,which can make me understand the situation better.   Thanks in advance 👍

I tend to have serious menstrual cramps while on my cycle. To be exact the cramps (low intensity) starts 5 days before the mensuration. Then, the real cramp starts 7-9 hours before it actually starts. I take meftal as soon as cramp starts i.e first high intensity cramp and the intensity grows as the day passes, to cope with the pain, my gynaecologist suggested to take Dolonx DT. This helps me a lot in relieving the pain bit it also reduces the blood flow. I usually vomit during the first day as pain is unbearable. Can you suggest what should I do?

Hi got injection on april 1 st. Which is my 14 day of period from Feb 21 ...after taking that injections in two days I got ovulation ...and pain in abdoman the whole day ...doc said to meet on that day for pregancy...but now I got period...on 24th April ...so now agin I should go for other injection r ..should I take letroz tablets and wait...because frm past two months when I get period doc said to take letroz on period day2-6 ...so should I continue that tablets r should I go again for injection on 14th day... And one more doudt ...when this injection is given how many eggs it releases and how long that eggs would remain in abdoman...and if we got period means..that eggs got releasd off r..any other num of eggs remain so...

I have been feeding my baby since past one and half month. Due to c section milk supply started on 3rd day and gradually increases. I have been issue since past 3 to 4 days as my milk supply is not same through out day. My baby cry after half n hour of feeding like he doesn't Get milk while sucking. Although earlier milk supply was good if haven't feed him enough for two or three feedings it goes to engorged breast. But since past few days initial feed say half n hour baby is proper otherwise he cry while sucking. Does that means my milk supply is decreasing but when I try to check by squeezing it comes like extreme flow like fountain.

I was diagnosed with pcos in February 2020. Before that I was not getting my periods. Then I got my periods on 20 march. I also have a problem of fatty liver. I left eating oily things but then also I m not able to reduce my weight. Please suggest me how to cure my pcos problem and mensuration problem.

I'm having a yeast infection since 4-5 days now.I tried taking cliplox tab but gave me alot o gastric so stopped it. What should I do ? Not getting better.

Good day! I would like to ask if a woman who experiences delays in her menstrual period for (1-3 months) will likely to have PCOS? She is not a fat person, she does not have acne. Whenever she will have her period, she suffers from fever, her immune system decreases and makes her body weak and vulnerable to flu. She also suffers from dysmenorrhea to the point that she can't even walk. What can be the cure for PCOS?

Now I have 6 month breastfeeding baby,but by  I intimate with husband and by mistake he discharged inside and intimate date 10day of  last period date so I am very tension because I don't want to consive, Pls suggest what I do .

Is it possible to have periods without any clots? I am having watery thin periods for the first time without any clots at all...I had taken deviry10mg to induce periods...But I had taken this earlier also but never faced such periods thin and watery.. what can be possible reasons for this?

Using copper-T since 5 months. Period were regular but this month it is delayed by 12 days till now. Having cramps and lower abdominal pain very badly. Pls advice what do I do
