Pregnancy and Infertility

I am suffering from PBC (Primary Biliary Cirohssis) initial stage. I am taking udiliv 600 mg*2 times - Evion - shelcal everyday also i am taking thyroid 75 mg and Betacap TR . I am 34 yrs old . My thyroid and PBC are under control and now we are planning for baby. I need proper guidance, as my medications are for life long. Is it safe to plan and what about my medications ? I have irregular menstruation with 35 days of cycle on an average for 3 days with normal flow. We haven't started anything concrete but my liver doctor has confirmed me that we can plan for baby

I am getting my periods delayed every month and painful (1-2 days) periods. I don't have any prominent health issues. Have checked my thyroid level last year and it was normal then. It's been 11 days late for my periods and it still hasn't happened. What should I do?

Its been almost day 70 + ..still.vomits are occuring and shes not able to eat or hold it for long time.. all day sickness and even vomit control tablets are not helping.. kindly suggest..

I deliver a baby boy in the month of december 2019(C-Section) Now its 5months and since 3days i am having abdominal pain in an around the cesarean area. What might b the problem i m not lifting any heavy weight jst i carry baby mostly.

My wife  was screened with increased  risk for trisomy 21 in quadriple test (1:72). She has normal level 2 ultrasound  and low risk NIPT results thereafter. Still we should go for amniocentesis or not?

Hi. Can I eat Gemsoline calcium tablet when I am trying to conceive? It has calcitriol 0.25 mcg Calcium Carbonate 500 mg Zinc sulphate monohydrate 7.5 mg In the past I had deficiency of vitamin D3. Also, should I eat it in the morning/night and before/after food?

Due to penetration problems I visited gynaecologist. She suggested me a pelvic gel. She asked me to apply for continuous 5 days and try to involve. But after so still I got concern and getting pain when he trying to penetrate. Help and guide for solving issue...
