Pcos problem ,side effects of meds
I've pcos problem and had severe side effects after taking Diane 35 and metital for 4 days ..my doctor recommended me to stop metital and continue Diane ...she didn't state anything clearly ..I don't understand what to do as I don't get my period without meds and also I feel I can't take any meds now as it's effecting me very badly like vomiting,dizziness,Stomuch upset ,headache ,weakness.

Stop both, follow healthy lifestyle take healthy balanced diet green vegetables salads and seasonal fruits, avoid oily sugary food, do regular exercises brisk walk for 40 minutes, practice yoga avoid any stress.
