I want to know why my periods continue more than 7days (12 to 15days). Firstly my periods always normal period. But Now I have noticing that from last 4 month its continuing 12 to 15days.

My doctor had prescribed me Regestrone tab for Mennorhagia. I am experiencing a little discomfort in my breast, as in heaviness and sensitivity, since a week or so. Could it be due to this medication? I'm also obese, so could it also be due to my heavy weight? I Googled about it and it just keeps showing breast cancer and it's scaring me. I usually feel this discomfort around my period, but it goes away in a few days each month.
