Fallopian tube block will not cause Menstrual disorders ..don’t worry ..if planning for pregnancy,there are chances that she can conceive naturally as the left sided tube is patent provided other causes of infertility like ovarian reserve ,semen analysis are normal .

No blocked Fallopian tubes ll not have any effect on periods. It cause hydrosalphinx , infertility, ectopic pregnancy.. the causes for blocked tube can be endometriosis, PID, TB or falooian tube anamolies. Treatment based on the underlying cause.
