I used to have long and very nice hair before I was detected with PCOD.It has been almost 4years ,I have been diagonised with PCOD.I am having irregular periods.I am taking Glycyphase,Meprate and vabless Mayo .Since few months I started missing excessive hair in my crown area.My weight has also incresed,m 78kg (Height-5'6).Is it possible to stop the hair loss permanently??Will my hair regrowth inspite of having PCOD.I am 27years old.

I'm 28years old female diagnosed with pcos since one year but had diffuse thinking of hair since 3 years...after the diagnosis I was kept on metformin, Spiro and ocps..had to stop Spiro because of hyperkalemic symtoms so doctor suggested me to have finasteride 5 mg.is it k to have finasteride n how much duration can it be taken safely??
