Asked for Female, 43 Years

Is it normal for a 43 y/o female to have menstruation at day 18? This is the earliest cycle I ever had in my life. I had spotting plus cloudy morning urine with foul smell 3 days ago. I thought it was ovulation blood but today I have more like I am having period. Should I see my doctor? Please advise. Thanks!

It is normal to get shorter cycles when nearing menopause However since you have foul smelling discharge it could be pelvic infection also Take a course of antibiotics Take Tablet Azithromycin 250 twice a day for 5 days Take Tablet Metronidazole 400 mg twice a day for 5 days Cansoft CL vaginum pessary for 6 nights at bedtime when not having periods
