Irregular Menstruation and Bleeding.

Complaint: Irregular spotting/bleeding since 2025. I am married but have vaginismus and have never had sex, so pregnancy is not a concern. History:Spotting started intermittently from Nov 2025, with repeated episodes in Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, and after starting Dronis 20 in Mar 2026. I took Dronis 20 for 3 cycles; bleeding changed from spotting to withdrawal bleeding after pill stops. I stopped Dronis in June. I also took isotretinoin for 10 days again between June and July. I had regular menstruation on 2nd July.Now on 20th July I am again having light spotting period, little cramps, and no major medical history.My tests had come normal. Current concern: Please advise the likely cause of this irregular bleeding.Should I take Dronis again,another 3 cycles?
