Umbilical Cord Uplift outer side

Greetings!!
In 2014 I had 2nd c-section operation. Since then , my umbilical cord appears little uplift than normal unlike earlier. And since then only I am facing alot of gastric problem, immediately I eat I feel gases are formed and indigestion feel, juices of food what I eat feel like It get stuck in the throat. And acidity effects. So I am consulted many doctors regarding this , have taken acidity related medicines , even now also taking . Pls suggest me that this umbilical uplift appearing outside is related to this gases problem. Thank you a lot.
